About

The Registration and Curriculum  Division  handles the following affairs for students:
 1. enrollment, registration, academic records and transcripts, evaluation of graduation credits, and entrance exam.
 2. curriculum changes, instruction regulations, and the rules for student evaluations and examinations.

Mission

  1. to supervise student matriculation;
  2. to control the rosters for incoming, transfer, expelled, suspended, reinstated and graduating students;
  3. to approve matriculation reservation;
  4. to report matriculation records to the Ministry of Education;
  5. to process the application for certificate of matriculation, and matriculation reservation;
  6. to handle the application and cancellation for transfer, minor, and double major;
  7. to maintain the database for students’ names and addresses;
  8. to supervise the production and renewal of student Ids;
  9. to process the application for Chinese and English academic transcripts;
  10. to review students’ academic records for graduation qualifications;
  11. to verify students’ qualifications for diploma ;
  12. to handle the filing, reviewing and mailing of academic records;
  13. to manage grades correction, and record entry;
  14. to administer the suspension, and expulsion of students;
  15. to adjust the academic rankings of the students each semester;
  16. to amend regulations and ordinances pertaining to registration;
  17. to process the application for certificates;
  18. to control budgeting of the division;
  19. to supervise student admissions;
  20. to amend admissions regulations;
  21. to administer entrance exams for master’s, two-year and four-year programs; and
  22. to administer transfer exam.
  23. to amend the University’s regulations and ordinances;
  24. to schedule the University’s academic calendar (evaluations & exams);
  25. to handle student course election, summer classes, intercollegiate course elections;
  26. to supervise the reproduction of exam questions for quizzes, mid-terms and finals exam;
  27. to coordinate university curriculum and meetings related to teaching matters;
  28. to coordinate the use of classrooms and labs for student clubs, departments and administrative offices;
  29. to supervise course offerings;
  30. to catalogue and publish the office hours schedule of full-time faculty;
  31. to compile and deliver the teaching schedule, student roster and teachers’ manual;
  32. to coordinate the compilation of students’ matriculation manual;
  33. to conduct teaching surveys of all departments, centers and programs;
  34. to log the teaching load of all faculty members;
  35. to coordinate course election and credit transfer procedures;
  36. to control budgeting of the division.
  37. to handle the reproduction of handouts for full-time and part-time faculty as well as to handle the reproduction of printed matters for internal circulation;
